Allergy Serum Pre-ordering
| You may use this page to prepay for your Allergy Serum which will later
be administered in our office. Located at 5673 North Street, Suite 102,
Niagara Falls, ON L2G 1J4. Serums must to be administered by
our nurse and only when the doctor is in office. Any further questions or
concerns please do not hesitate to contact our office at 905-374-1405.

- What happens after I pay?
Once you have paid for you serum it will be in our office and reserved
for you. If we do not have it in stock it will be ordered and you will
be contacted.
- OK, I've paid, now what do I do?
You can pop into the office (Monday 9-11:30, Tuesday & Thursday
1-3:45, ) at which time we will administer the serum you have purchased.
- Where do I go to get the serum I just purchased?
At our office located at 5673 North Street, Suite 102, Niagara
Falls, ON L2G 1J4.
- How do I set up an appointment now that I've paid?
No appointment required.
- Do the prices include taxes?
No tax on serums
